Is this a subscription?

No. Every option is a one-time payment, and the cases are yours to keep.

Does the all-cases pass include future cases?

It unlocks every case in the library at the moment you buy it. New cases are sold separately when they come out. If you bought it before 5 October 2026, every future case is still included for you, as promised.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can get all 8 cases ($35.99) at any time; it unlocks every case you don't own yet.

How is payment handled?

Through Stripe's secure checkout. DetectiveOS never sees or stores your card details.

Can I get a refund?

Because a case unlocks the moment you buy it, sales are final, except when something technical goes wrong. For a refund, contact us at support@detectiveos.net or use the link in your Stripe receipt.

Do I need an account?

Yes, so your cases are kept with you. You can create one at checkout or with the free case.

Which case should I buy first?

Whichever story grabs you; every case stands on its own. For a first case we suggest The Vanishing, a Medium case that fits one evening.
